Mertech is proud to announce the rollout of our new support system.
If you already have an account, please click 'my account' in the upper right corner of this page.
If you do not have a login, please contact the person responsible for purchasing at your company and ask them to create a new account for you (available under Account Maintenance -> Create Contact). There is a new option 'Access Support' which can be selected to create a tech support only account. You may also contact Mertech directly via e-mail if you would like us to create a new account for you. For Brazilian customers please contact mertechbrasil@mertechdata.com
